Off Season Information
Saturday Training Sessions - Grades 7 - 9
Session 2
- October 1st & 8th
- 8:30-10:00 am
These sessions are run by the varsity coaches to teach actions and terminology that will be also used when players progress to the high school level.
Please plan to attend as many sessions as possible!
