Description: These camps serve as an introduction to German through conversation, culture, songs, songs, books, stories, sports, and games. No previous exposure to German is necessary. Topics include: greetings, numbers, colors, clothing, parts of the body, Café vocabulary, the German-speaking world, sports and competitions, clothing and fashion, food and games. We will sample, create, and enjoy German foods, learn sports and finish the week with the Language Olympics!
Description: The BSM band department is offering half hour lessons throughout the summer for students looking to further their musical skills. The focus will be on improving musicality and technique at a level that is tailored to each students ability level. Any further questions can be directed to Band Director, Josey Gruba

Description: Campers will learn or continue to explore ceramic techniques in handbuilding and throwing on the wheel. To create their art. They’ll practice those skills by making fun, imaginative projects - in the past, students have made gnome cottages, ceramic foods, cups, bowls, and a wide array of animals. Our instructor will guide students from the beginning of the design process through the finished glazed products. Questions - Kate Mich

The BSM choral department is offering 30 minute voice lessons throughoutthe summer for students looking to further their musical skills. The focus willbe on improving musicality and technique at a level that is tailored to each
students' ability level.
Mr. Matthew Tintes will be teaching voice lessons. Mr. Tintes teaches voice lessons at multiple area high schools, and has a studio of more than 40 students. He holds an undergraduate degree in Music Education from NorthDakota State University, and a masters degree in Vocal Music Performance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Mr. Tintes sang professionally with the vocal chamber ensemble Cantus from 2009-2016, where he toured the United States and the world singing choral music. With Cantus, Mr. Tintes recorded multiple albums, and performed at numerous prestigious concert halls, including Lincoln Center and the Kennedy Center.
Dates: Lessons are scheduled between the family and Mr. Tintes
Time: 6 -or- 8 --- 30 minute lessons
Frequency: We will have 1 lesson per week, and about 3 lessons per month, beginning in mid-June and ending in mid-August
Location: BSM Campus / Choir room
Cost: $180 for 6 lessons -or- $240 for 8 lessons

Description: JumpStart Junior High is a four day summer class designed to help prepare incoming Red Knights for the rigors of junior high in a safe, fun environment. Students will meet teachers and fellow classmates, get to know the building, learn how to use and care for their laptop, review reading and math skills, and set up an organizational system that they can use all school year. Lessons will have an environmental theme, and we will be spending some time outside.
