General Information -
Off-Season Training - Coach McMenomy will run our off-season strength and speed program and all of the athletes are invited and encouraged to participate in it. It runs Mondays - Thursday after school with two sessions that are one hour each (a 2:45-3:45 session and a 3:45 - 4:45 session). This is a great opportunity for your son to work on their coordination, speed, strength, and as a result increase their confidence while connecting with the other football players and coaches.
